  • Digital products: Notion templates and other digital downloads are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
  • AI receptionist subscriptions: No refunds for partial months or unused portions of a billing cycle. Cancel anytime to stop future charges; service continues through the current paid period.
  • Custom automation and design work: Refunds for bespoke n8n or design/rendering projects are handled case by case; a cancelled project may be eligible for a partial refund reflecting work completed.
  • Technical issues: For significant unresolved service failures, VPI Concepts will assess whether a full or partial credit is warranted based on the specifics of the situation.
